Bathroom project

Take a look at some of before and after pictures of recently finished bathroom that I designed.

This was the most economical project, yet I was able to acheive functional and stylish bathroom.

Leaf Vessel Sink

If you want to create a drama in your bathroom, consider a vessel sink. There are many kinds available in the market, but I like the organic shape of this new vessel sink 'Leaf' from Kohler. It's very modern, yet very zen. It looks great with their faucet Vibrant.

Sun Flower Clock

The Sunflower clock is formed from birch plywood in the classic 1950's design of George Nelson; reissued from the original design documents by the Vitra Design Museum.

This 29.5" diameter wall clock makes a statement in any room.

Modern Farm Dining Table

West Elm is one of my favorite stores. I like their clean line and modern designs. Take a look at this dining table. Geometric elements in the table, i.e., round table top and rectangular legs, really gives the modern look, yet grains in the wood and the stain color gives warm and peaceful feeling.

Melting Bench

Paint spilling out of the box makes you worry about the spots on the floor but the imaginatively cool table by French designer Florent Degourc takes this fretting feeling out. Smooth & Smoothie table reminiscent of bubble gum, made of a polyurethane foam and resin coating mixture gives it the ‘melted’ effect. Don’t take it wrong to be soft enough to be placed in the corner of the room just to solve the decorative purpose, its durable enough for everyday use. Pretty neat and innovative furnishing item worth taking home!

George Nelson Bubble Lamps

The first Bubble Lamp was designed by George Nelson, one of the founders of American Modernism, in 1947, and produced by Herman Miller starting in the early 1950's, only to end production in 1979. 30 years later, his Bubble Lamps are reproduced to the original specifications using the original Howard Miller tooling by Modernica. The Bubble Lamp is featured in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
